Clustering by attribute

Hello!

I have a point layer with approx. 900 features which I want to cluster by one of their attributes.

I have looked at these 4 tutorials, but couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for:

https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/mapping/dynamic-feature-clustering-arcgis-pro/

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/aggregate-features-into-clust...

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/symbolize-clustered-feature-l...

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/work-with-clustered-feature-l...

The first article gives me something similar, where you get the mode to display the most common value in a cluster.

But what I need is have a single cluster by attribute. Since this attribute is the municipality where the point is located, they already have a reason to be clustered together.

The only workaround I found is to create a separate layer with centroid points for each municipality with a field for the amount of points.
