CDF rendering issues

Hi,

I'me using a NetCDF file with hourly data over 48 hours. The data shows temperature over a couple of degrees (see image). When I try to display other slices, with data fails to render. Any ideas as to whats causing this? I know the data is good as have used python (Spyder) to visualise it in another way.

Also, is there a way to visualise this data in 3D. For example, have individual heat data pixels as height?
