How do i get past the following error message when I'm trying to update arcgis pro: "ArcGIS Pro has been installed as Per User on this machine. To install ArcGIS Data Interoperability for Pro as Per User use the command line parameter ALLUSERS=2"?

Since trying to update this afternoon and getting the above pop-up, my Pro sessions end within seconds of trying to switch tabs, for instance from a layout tab to a map tab.  I seem to be able to change the map that comes up when I open Pro, but it fails when I try to switch to a Layout tab when I want to share a hard copy.  I just get the option to report the bug, but then it doesn't let me report it directly.

I've checked to make sure my laptop is up to date and it is.

Was your original ArcGIS Pro install "installed silently" as per the documentation here?  The reason I ask is there is an ALLUSERS item with references the ALLUSERS=2 item in your error message.

Did this get solved? I'm having the same problem. I'm on 3.6.0 and I'm trying to update.

@UofSC_KevinHaynes  - I don't know as the original author of the post did not respond.
