We are currently implementing a project wherein we have upgraded the client's ArcGIS Enterprise from 10.6.1 to 10.9.1. Our RDBMS is MS SQL 2019 and we have set a Traditional Versioning on the parcel (polygon) layer.
Some simple editing such as merging and re-shape can be done without any problem. However, when performing Split, we are encountering inconsistencies and different errors. At times, we can manage to run the tool properly, but upon running the tool to another parcel features, errors such as insufficient permissions (though permissions to users were properly set) or Geometry must intersect polylines and polygons in two or more places are being prompted (please refer to attached screenshots). There are also times wherein the Splitting just keeps on running so we just have to cancel the tool.
We have already tried to recreate the versioning but to no avail.
Would be glad to hear from you should you have any hints or ideas on how to resolve the issue. Thank you very much.
