Cannot get tools to open in model builder consistently

I've been trying to create a model to process some data. However, the tools open incredibly inconsistently and break constantly.  Currently, the Make feature layer opens to the very far right of the screen, almost off the screen. However, The clip raster tool doesn't open at all. If I were to create a fresh model and try to open the clip raster first, sometimes I can open clip raster but then I cannot manipulate the make feature layer. It's incredibly infuriating not being able to use this tool no matter what I do. I can move variables in as inputs, but for a fair bit of the processing I need to be able to open the menu to finetune settings.

How are you running ArcPro through a remote desktop connection or one of those virtual terminals like citrix? Or simply directly from your PC? Have you the latest graphic drivers installed? Without further information it will be difficult to resolve this as I can't tell if it is duff data, duff data source connection , duff pc or some weird connection that you are using? May be edit your question and replace your static image with a short video to show the problem?
