Hi,

I'm working with

  • Windows 10 Professional
  • ArcGIS Pro 3.0.36056

Connecting to SQL databases worked fine until I installed ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 on the same computer.

Now I get the following error:

ArcGIS Ddesktop 10.8.2 has a similar issue:

I have uninstalled ArcGIS Server, uninstalled Pro an re-installed Pro but the problem persists.

I have Microsoft ODBC drivers 13 and 17 installed.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Thanks

Hanlie

Have you enabled the Enterprise Geodatabase on that SQL Server DB that you are connecting to?

The error message seems to indicate that the license in the EGDB is invalid.

Can you connect as the SDE user?

You've nailed it, thanks.

When I connect with the sde user it asks for an authorization file and when I provide it, I can get in.
