Can't select a Y-axis variable in the Chart Properties pane

Hi, everyone.
I created mosaic dataset from rasters with a tool Add Raster To Mosaic Dataset.

I want to create a temporal profile. I downloaded some NDVI raster data but after create Mosaic i can't display a value of my previously rasters. How can I display a value of my raster in temporal profile? Also I can't change a Y-axis.
