Can Pro use a AWS S3 resource proxy (Privacera) for Cloud Storage Connection file

I'm curious if anyone knows if ArcGIS supports connecting to AWS S3 via the Cloud Storage Connection file (acs) using a proxy.  Our org is using Privacea as a proxy to handle authentication to various AWS resources

We can use privacera to generate an access key and secret key and connect through the proxy URL programmatically using Python, but don't know how to / if possible to wire this up in Pro.  This configuration doesn't seem to do the trick.  Is this unsupported or am I doing something incorrectly.
