Hi,
I have converted a Revit model into a file geodatabase. (For some reason) when you import the revit model it does not take all the attributes with it, including length. I am trying to calculate the length of each 3D pipe feature in the attribute table and have used the Add Geometry Attributes tool, and Calculate Geometry but have had no luck. Is there a way to measure the length with out manually doing it for each feature?
Thanks,
Zach
You indicate Multipatch in the title
Calculate Geometry Attributes—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop
doesn't support multipatch... I assuming by omission, what is supported is indicated.
Add Geometry Attributes—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop
add more, but multipatch is specifically on the list, however,
Are the options disabled? or are they just not working
Add Z Information—Help | ArcGIS Desktop supports multipatch
but I am not sure what you are looking for or if it is just disabled for the multipatch features
Hi Dan,
When I use the Add Geometry Attributes tool and select the 3D length option as well as the length option, the results in the attribute table are all <Null>.
The Add Z Information does not give the option to measure the length.
Not really sure what I am missing.
Thanks,
Zach
