I need to export a mobile map package that spans an entire state. It appears that a basemap is required, and everything I've tried has really bloated the file size significantly. The layers dataset I'm wanting to export is around 500k -- not really large.
What's the best approach to use so that I can include a basemap that allows zooming to level 20, yet doesn't take up much user space? I've seen lots of posts on blank basemaps, but none offer a solution that has worked for me so far. If I've overlooked a thread, please point me in the right direction.
