Hello I have a question on how to interpret the results of the Lee's L Spatial Statistics Tool. The documentation states that "if the neighborhood average of the first analysis variable is greater than the average of the first analysis variable(is this comparing the neighborhood average to the global average?), and the neighborhood average of the second variable is greater the average of the second variable, it will be classified as High-High" and then states "if the first variable is less than the average, and the second variable is greater than the average, it will be classified as Low-High" Is the latter saying if the neighborhood average is less than the average(also global?)?
Are you referring to this documentation?
