Attributes Table from a Web Base service

Hi There, I have an issue and I m sure it is Simple,

I have connected to a portal for a Map service.  If I use the map service online I can filter the "Detail" and see the data. However if I access the portal via Arc layers as the above snip, I can not open an Attributes Table and search data. There must be a reason why.

Can anyone help to rectify my issue?
