Attribute Transfer Tool

I am not finding the point to point attribute transfer tool. Has it not been added yet to ArcGIS Pro.

Not yet but it is in the product plan, so hopefully we'll see it in Pro this year.

Alrighty, it's been 3 years. Did they change the name (search for Attribute Transfer just brings up the line-only version) or not added it yet?

If not, is the Desktop version available in Model Builder? Looks like it's only in the Spatial Adjustment toolbar (which is weird and doesn't do me any good, it's just one step in a process I need to automate).
