Arcmap elevation

Hi!

I´m using ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro.

Via drag and drop i opened elevation data (extension .dem).

While i am moving the mouse over map/scene i can see the coordinate as lat/lon or UTM value - fine 🙂

How can i get the according elevation also?

BTW, where is the best place to put question related to ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro?

Do you want to Extract Values to Points ? 

The info tool won't show any raster values since the DEM is a floating point raster and lacks a table.

For Geonet postings  there is the Community structure but forget about the actual platform focus on the functionality. 3D‌ or Spatial Analyst‌ would be likely candidates, but there is ArcGIS Pro‌ as a place specifically for PRO questions

In Pro and ArcMap you should be able to identify any pixel value.
