I'm trying to use the ArcGIS Solutions Deployment Add-In, but when I try to deploy a solution, I get this error:
<urlopen error Tunnel connection failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required>
Update: I tried setting the http_proxy and https_proxy environment variables, as I would for pip, and that did the trick. I'm willing to bet that this is a Python issue. I thought all this stuff was fixed.
Update 2: I also had to set the environment variables in order to see and download untools.
