I am trying to create a map that uses data based on state boundaries. I'm trying to geocode the data and know nothing about computers. Why won't it let me use the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service? The message I am receiving states "Cannot use the selected locater for batch geocoding," and I have been unable to contact someone with sufficient program knowledge via telephone. Help!
