ArcGIS Pro Crashing

Hello everyone,

I've been experiencing random crashes with ArcGIS Pro since last week. The program was functioning well earlier in the week, but after encountering these crashes, I updated to version 3.4 in an attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the crashes persist. The program crashes when I try to open a previously saved project or when I create a new map from a template. I’m unsure how to resolve this issue and am considering submitting a support ticket.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

With these kinds of issues I usually start with clearing the cache - the screen shot below shows you how to do that.

When I see random crashes and other strange occurences, I do a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro.  It fixes most things - How To: Perform an ArcGIS pro Soft Reset

It would also be worth trying a clean uninstall and reinstall of ArcGIS Pro

I've seen this fix many similar issues in the past
