The environment:
Server 2016 virtualized via Citrix CVAD
NVIDIA M10 driver ver 392.37
ArcGIS Pro 2.43
Randomly when users zoom in and out of a map, the map part of screen goes black and entire session hangs. The utilization of the server resources at the time of the hang is not unusually high - RAM, CPU, and disk IO appear to be average or low. Nothing exceptional in system logs.
Has anyone seen anything similar? We have a case open with ESRI.
