ArcGIS Pro can't start up in Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi All,

Not sure if anyone encountered this issue before?

Our new installed ArcGIS Pro 3.0 can't start up in a server with Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard.

It looks like the ArcGIS Pro.exe stays as a background process forever.
PS: The older version (2.6) worked before.

Hi have the same problem.

Arcgis pro 2.9 worked fine. After instal the 3.0, can´t startup

 with Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard.
