ArcGIS Pro application font size

Is there a means of altering the default ArcGIS Pro application font size? Not labels or annotation pertaining to GIS data, I'm referring to making changes to the software preferences? 

And since I'm on the subject, and Attribute Table preferences be kept for all of my ArcGIS Pro projects? Such as all tables by default open at 75% zoom factor?

It looks like you can scale the UI text and icons under the User Interface options.

Since upgrading to 3.3 the system font is enormous, but it looks like it's only possible to INCREASE the size, not shrink it below 100%?
