ArcGIS Pro 3.4 Installer Errors - no selected products & does not recognize .Net Desktop Runtime

Hello,

I had this figured out with ArcGIS Pro 3.1 to 3.3, but with ArcGIS Pro 3.4 the installer does not honor the Properties as set within the MSI tables. How do we fix this so ArcGIS Pro is enabled by default when the MSI is run?

Secondly, I have the dreaded .Net Desktop Runtime 8.0.19 installed, yet I'm receiving the dreaded '.Net Runtime not found error. Machine has been rebooted and repair run on .Net 8.0.19.

Hello @RichardDaniels, does it make any difference if you run the 3.4 installer with admin permissions?
