ArcGIS Pro 1.0 has been crashing constantly. I do not notice any notable workflows causing it. It happens while I'm doing any and everything-- from just turning off or on a layer to simply changing text to just switching between map tabs. Here is the error I receive:

Anyone have any ideas what may be causing this? The crashing has made this software near impossible to use.

Hi Jeremy,
I'm not quite sure where to find this information. I do not see in the option screen where I change to OpenGL. Can you guide me?
Thanks,
Janice
in your original email you listed the contents of the crash dialog (including "Faulting Module")
My question is: when you switch to OpenGL and it crashes, what is listed on the crash dialog?
Hi Jeremy,
When the program crashes, I am not getting the same crash screen as I used to. I downloaded the error report (dmp file). Is it possible to send that over to you?
Thanks,
Janice
can you share a screenshot of the new crash screen you're seeing here?
please send the DMP with a tech support request via email - support@esri.com and it will go through triage there.
See screenshot. I will send the DMP to support@esri.com.
Janice,
As the message suggests please also email the dump to arcgiserrorreport@esri.com so it gets added to the automated analysis system as well.
Regards,
Jeremy W.
Two options to assist with ArcGIS Pro crashing:
Delete C:\Users\<profile>\appdata\local\esri if there are performance issues.
Go to the manufacturers website for your video card and download the latest driver. Windows Update will not do this although it says it does.
Hope this helps.
