I have an annotation layer in our Enterprise Geodatabase (10.3) which was referenced in one of our MXDs that has a rotated Data Frame, the layer was displayed fine and rotate with the data frame.Now i am trying to migrate the MXD to ArcGIS Pro however the annotation layer is not responding to Map Rotation.
Did anyone had a similar situation ? i tried to export the data to a personal Geodatabase but still the same issue.
