Annotation Color Question

Hi

I have a question about Annotation.

This geodatabase annotation was done by someone else who worked on PLSS and it has all the Labels for each PLSS polygon inside of it. The label looks like (Screenshot ) here:

Problem is how do I know the color for that annotation layer ?

There is no way around to use Eye dropper to check for proper color of that Annotation.

BTW, yes I know how to use them in the past but it was imported from mxd that I did and with the ArcGIS Pro is just a different so I want to find out a way around.
