Add Related Feature to a Hosted Feature Layer

I have a hosted feature service that has two point layers in a one to many relationship. In Pro (2.5), I need to add a new related feature but I do not see that option. 

I can add a new related record to a table but I don't see an option to do so for a point feature class.  

Am I missing something?  Thanks.
