'Add archive' button not available for annotation feature class

I have enabled archiving but it is not possible to add/open the archive-table of an annotation feature class in Pro. No problem to open archive-tables of other feature classes (points, polylines, polygons) from the same database.

Database: Oracle, Geodatabase upgraded to Pro 2.6
Client: Pro 2.8.2 and 2.9

Is it a bug?

Did you ever find  a solution to this? I am experiencing a similar issue using ArcGIS Pro 3.4 reading from a SQL enterprise database
