3D Data Extrude Not Working

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to extrude data on Gallons Per Day lost in different pipe types. I have the data uploaded, but for some reason the data won't extrude the way I'd like it to. It seems like the altitudes are correct, but I'd like the data to come out like "skyscrapers" almost, and they're only showing up like flat planes.

Any tips or settings I might be missing?

Never mind I solved it. I thought I might be missing a setting from other tutorials I had seen, so I shut down my ArcGIS and opened it back up and the setting appeared.
