Don't know if anyone else has noticed but the Quick Start for ArcGIS Pro link (https://links.esri.com/ArcGISPro/2.5/quick_start_guide ) from My Orgs>Downloads is invalid.bug

I'll check with the MyEsri team.  For now, Download, install, and authorize—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation would be a good place to go.
