Table frame - fitting strategy - add "adjust frame" option, like legends

When adding a table frame on a layout, there is no easy way to get the handles to align with the actual extent of the table, making alignment quite difficult.

With legends, there is an "Adjust frame" fitting strategy that takes care of this. Table frames do not have this option; it would be great if they did.
