Support KML ver 2.2

After KML 2.2, user can create Time-animation map, but ArcGIS doesnot support ver 2.2's animation function.
Please enhance the support of KML

To be fair to ESRI they do state that most of 2.2 is not support in their help file, but still a good suggestion and gets my vote.
