The "Street Index to Element" tool should be part of the standard ArcGIS Pro license. It is currently part of the Defense Mapping extension. This tool is a basic part of map creation and the Defense Mapping extension is out of reach or not applicable for most organizations.

Please make this tool available for all licenses.

Hi @ebregant! Thanks for posting this Idea. I'm hoping to get a bit more info here on use cases. The Index to Streets element within the Defense Mapping extension includes specific rules and content tailored to workflows common in the defense space, in alignment with established map specifications. Would you be able to share more details on what you're hoping to do with this tool? Thanks so much.
