Set Processing Extent by drawing polygon in map

There are a few different ways to set extents when Processing Extents: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/analysis/geoprocessing/basics/extent-control.htm

It would be helpful to simply draw a polygon in the map to set the extents.

thanks for your comment.
That feature is already in the product plan and is currently being worked on as part of improving the Extent control.

Not necessarily; we've had this in the product plan since 2020.

Hi Bud, We are currently working on a few new options for the extent control, including a new option to draw the  extent on map.
