Service Publishing Equivalent Between Server and Portal. I want to be able to create the same types of services I can currently from desktop to server, but now from ArcGIS Pro, directly to ArcGIS Portal. I want to essentially interact with Portal through Pro, not have to use Desktop for these certain services, and Pro for others.
