Selection Combination Mode Command for Ribbon and Quick Access Toolbar

I would like the ability to change the Selection Combination Mode (Create a New Selection, Add to the current selection, Remove from the current selection, or Select from the current selection) from the Ribbon and the Quick Access Toolbar. Basically a Command for a simple dropdown picker.

Something equivalent to the ArcMap Command called "Interactive Selection Method"
