Select by Attributes via table cell value

This is very similar to what was just released in 3.6, select features by symbology. Just extend that concept to the attribute table. Sometimes you want to select and work on values that are not part of the symbology.

I want to open an attribute table, right click on a value, and click on a context menu choice called, Select Records with this Value.
