The advanced edting tool bar has a replace geometry button that allows digitizing of a feature to transfer attributes.
It would be good to allow a copy/paste from an existing feature rather than digitizing/tracing.

This can actually be done with the Spatial Adjustment toolbar.  In the drop-down part of the toolbar set up the Attribute Transfer Mapping and check the Transfer Geometry box.  Next, use the Attribute Transfer button (last one on the bar).  Make sure both layers you are using are selectable.

In ArcGIS Pro, there are two ways to transfer the geometry from one feature to another- Transfer Attributes tool and Copy Attributes/Paste Attributes in the Attributes pane. For each method, configure Field Mapping for the Shape fields.  You may want to clear all other fields' mapping so attributes are not inadvertently transferred as well.
