I would like to be able to repeat numbers while editing with the sequential numbering tool. Perhaps it would function by pressing Shift to assign the same number to a series of polygons. For example, if I am assigning a sequence 1, 2, 3 ,4... and I run into a polygon that is split in half and I'd like to repeat a number for both halves to make the sequence 1, 2, 3, 3, 4...
As it is now, you must start the sequence, 1, 2, 3, complete the edit at the first half of the split polygon, change the starting number to 3 and start the sequence again from the second half of the polygon.
I hope this would be useful to other people. It would significantly speed up editing with this tool for me.
