In the corporate world where most PC are locked down by IT administrators and security policy it would be good if ESRI where to remove ArcGIS Desktop reliance on Local Administratore Rights to a PC to do such simple things as changing concurrent license level (View, Editor, Info) and adding community addins (dll's).
