Rematch - keep Pick from Map active

Workflow followed by problem:

1. From rematch pane, copy Address or Place string (select -> Ctrl+C)
2. Paste into Locate pane.
3. Locate pane works fine. Zooms to location.

Problem: Pick from Map becomes Explore tool. Even clicking again and again on Pick from Map does not work -- it just becomes a null click with the Explore pointer (no popup). You have to click in a blank space in the rematch pane and then the Pick from Map button again.

Proposed idea is to have the Pick from Map work just like any other tool - don't deactivate unless I tell it to do so. Don't switch to the Explore tool, and don't require me to click in a blank space before clicking Pick from Map again. Way, way too many clicks.

I can't believe I'm the first to Kudo this idea. The Pick from Map tool in the Rematch Addresses Pane drives me INSANE!

Like you, if there is not a good candidate listed from the locator used for the Geocoding, I switch to the 'Locate' tool which uses the XY Provider locator and usually find the correct location. But I can't switch back and forth between these panes and keep the Pick From Map tool active; every time I try to reactive the Pick from Map tool the map automatically pans back to the bad candidates and I can't get back to my Locate candidates without inactivating the tool. BANANAS!

FYI: ArcGIS Pro 3.3 (its been a problem since 2x)
