Refresh 'This PC'

Allow for refreshing This PC. This is necessary after plugging something in or mapping a drive. Right now this is not possible in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.0 on Windows 11.

@wayfaringrob I understand that the idea is to add Refresh to the context menu, but I wanted to point out that you can either use Refresh from the burger or even easier, just click F5. I checked the scenario you've provided and when I first add a USB and it isn't showing under This PC, I can click F5 and it shows up (Samsung USB D:)

@KoryKramer  interesting, I am used to refresh only refreshing one particular directory and not any subdirectories but I'll try it out.

We did further improvement on the Refresh function in the Catalog pane, Computer tab.  Refreshing is done either via the key F5, or the Refresh command in the menu drop down.  When you refresh, if there is nothing selected in the Catalog pane Computer tab, all the nodes there will be refreshed; if there are selected nodes in the Catalog pane Computer tab, the selected nodes will be refreshed.
