I love the search function under Geoprocessing, because I rarely remember exactly what toolbox or sub-toolbox my particular tool is in. That being said the search function is quite bad at picking up the tools even when searching for the tool by name. In the attached video, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. The idea would be to refine the search functions such that the words in the name of the tool would be explicitly searchable.
