Query Layers — Option to preserve all rows from underlying SQL query

When creating a query layer using the New Query Layer dialog or the Make Query Layer gp tool:

Provide an option, such as a checkbox, to include all rows from the underlying query; no rows would be hidden.

I can’t stress enough that I want to see all rows from my SQL query.
