On the Select by Attribute dialogue, add a button with "Apply and Zoom to Results"

Add a button to the Select by Attributes dialog that reads "Apply and Zoom to Results" where the red rectangle is shown below - or possible to the right of the "Apply" button.  If the user clicks that button and the query doesn't select any features, display the lack of results in a toast.
