Make Error Messages Better: Click (Alt-W) ?

There are several error messages in Pro that can be described as .....  .....  interesting. 

Please go through and fix up all error messages so they convey to users what the actual issue is.

It can start by fixing this message that informs the user how to find an error message. 

How do I 'Click'  Alt-W?   Should it be 'Type' or 'Press'  or was it aimed at people using on-screen keyboards with their mice? (which would explain why Esri devs don't seem to notice UI lag......)

Thank you @RTPL_AU so much for noticing this and reporting us. We were able to resolve this in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.
