Limit or Disable Drag and Drop from Catalog

Posted this Idea as Question a couple years ago.  We really need the ability to prevent accidentally file moving in Catalog.  Specifically, lock drag and drop moving of files in the Catalog Pane or require confirmation via prompt prior to executing the move.  With the lag from Pro, specifically over networks, and human nature - we accidentally move items weekly at our company.  

I thought in Desktop had this functionality?

I don't need this function when my workstation is docked ... but when I'm in the field with just a trackpad, this would be great!

I put together an add-in that might help with this. It's pretty simple right now but it allows you to temporarily turn off drag-and-drop in a Pane.
