In order to test one of the ASPRS accuracy standards we would like to be able to "Split by Attribute", specifically on the Point Source ID. This is for testing the Within-Swath Smooth Surface Precision Max Diff standard shown in table 7.2 of ASPRS's Accuracy Standards.
