Stop refreshing the legend each time a value is edited or changed.

Hi, 

I'm not sure what you are looking for here. Can you tell me more? Legends in ArcGIS Pro are designed to reflect the layers in the map, including the labels and symbology. The legend updates whenever those changes are made. You can limit some of the legend updating behavior by unchecking the Synchronize with map options. You can also convert the legend to graphics which disconnects it from the map entirely.
