Layout-Table Frame ellipse [...] Allow 'Hide' option

See screenshot. The Layout Table Frame ellipse [...] remains visible unless you stretch the table to include everything (i.e. all rows/records). However, I may not want to display all records in a very large dataset, and I'd rather not have to create a query just to do so. 

So, I am suggesting that Users be allowed to "hide" the ellipse if they choose.

I am having the same issue. I am making a layout for a street index (3,393 records). What's the most effective way to make sure every street is shown in the table frame? I have used dynamic text as a table but not all entries are shown.
