Keep Element Properties Window state between sessions

If you have a large screen it is frustrating and time consuming when Pro keeps reverting some Element Properties pane items to minimised.

Preferred but not default:

SO Much space still available but Pro refuses to use it 🙂

Give us an option to set if Pro should remember the state of windows/panes like these or not.

This intersects with the Idea to keep the Coordinate System details expanded in item properties windows.
