I love that when using the feature class to feature class tool (And similar tools) that I can add new fields, and set merge rules. It would be awesome if you could also perform field calculations on the new fields. Inevitably I find myself immediately opening the attributes table so I can manipulate the fields that I just added. It would be ideal to skip that step and do it all from the geoprocessing tool prompt. I also think functionality like this encourages more users to adopt Pro because it continues to save users time.
